lack in community- based services for disabled persons in urban areas. It can efficiently respond8 W4 V' ^2 c: P/ N3 c7 y
to the above problems by importing professional ideal and methods of social work, such as

for the disabled persons. It also meets thedemands of disabled persons and their families.
