　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
& \( K- F( o4 |# n　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
$ L5 @5 \! Y1 ^: ?　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
2 p2 V& U* O) X. x. B- u　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
% q9 W- L. \+ F$ Q- Y5 X& c　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
+ L! i, q  d% p4 _4 y　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
6 F& |; Y5 l+ u2 N　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
$ Z& ^6 v. u: P+ p9 Q5 U# F  H　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
; V/ K0 H% b: q' I' Y　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
3 Q$ ]: `9 U" L; J1 I　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
+ l* j4 w  S, \5 d　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
