　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
0 Z4 g! K  T/ w3 I　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
  l9 E$ x  a) t; E% J  l　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
* K) k. x' l: _+ U5 Y3 t6 A　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
. ~3 l% b: j; f  Q　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
3 ?) `5 c0 `. p0 O; U　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
* A+ Y: O5 c/ y, I" V* O6 Y　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
- J' l' }: a4 \7 N$ N9 q1 L+ \　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
" k6 P( J+ q3 O2 V　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;

　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
