　　Responsibilities:

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
7 Q0 b6 {" C: m% n9 F　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
4 x3 r9 C! V+ }3 ?% C$ x+ o　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
: C2 M$ z0 x$ f: n2 q6 {. P( {　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
  y1 S; y$ }9 a7 M$ G: s7 h　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
, P8 s. x$ D5 i% |% Z* ]7 ]　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
: l1 f; s: T1 j, d; G　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;

　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
- {1 F; U/ Z: {　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
5 W+ H9 f, A1 W+ R, c　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;

　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
