　　Responsibilities:
; B; o7 Y- s  K- l; K  g　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
% u' i& Q4 ]' r7 x4 L2 l+ j: {: v　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
& |; b- D2 w. u9 }+ a' m0 I　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
/ f( z& s1 e# C　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
2 F% }$ T5 R3 D2 [' c, Z% l* A! ?　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
2 K+ Y3 K" D! X1 E/ ^　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
6 b8 V, N! C* x* a( ?, k　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
2 g. S) F" X5 j& N　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
& Q2 R: D6 m/ D/ A0 g" P0 l　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
# Z: R. z0 Z# |( m8 S　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
0 v* e2 n! L8 Y4 Y! T$ h　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;

　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
